I couldn’t peruse the book so I don’t say whether it’s a decent variation yet as a film it’s.. unremarkable. A shallow show.
First however, let me simply acclaim the leads. They truly sell the science for their characters. The yearning what not. Reward that both are attractive individuals.
Presently for the terrible. The plot… while I was keen on the reason as I naturally suspected it had potential for profundity it just gave me something shallow. They didn’t give time for the injury of their past to flourish so it hits unique. Would’ve been such a ton better on the off chance that they truly dove into the maltreatment, emotional well-being issues, ptsd and so forth yet everything got bypassed in any event, during the scenes it’s featured.
