As a major devotee of the first, it torments me to say that the hotly anticipated continuation is a dull, dispersed wreck. There are an excessive number of storylines unfurling in this film and not every one of them are sufficiently fascinating to make us give it a second thought. It’s enjoyable to see Michael Keaton repeating quite possibly of his most popular job. He slips once more into that striped suit like he hasn’t thought twice.
