The Unforgivable Full Movie Review:
The Unforgivable is a genuinely normal film with a decent presentation from Sandra Bullock at it’s middle. The film is extremely lopsided and with it being founded on a small scale series it’s apparent that possibly it was lucky to be left as a series rather than a film.
The film rotates around Sandra Bullock and scarcely any other person is giving a lot of screen time to establish a connection. Viola Davis is given essentially nothing to do and the subplot around one of the siblings laying down with his siblings sweetheart appears unexpectedly and adds barely anything to the story as we scarcely invest any energy with them. The equivalent goes for Vincent D’Onofrio, who exits the film oddly in the second half, scarcely to be seen once more.
